Voice buttons triggering multiple voices

Hello there, just got my ECHON loving it so far.

There seems to be an issue though, maybe user error

Clicking a the number buttons triggers more than one voice.

Clicking voice 1 triggers voice 1 and 2.

clicking it again triggers voice 1 and 3.

clicking it once again triggers voices 1 then 4 and 5 in rapid succession.

finally clicking it again triggers voice 1 and 6, after which the cycle completes.

When tuning the voices following instructions in the manual I get insane sounds. Hold is off but they keep droning; until I switch the unit off. (even INIT doesn’t help)

Is there some setting I’m missing? Or do I need to send it in for replacement?

UPDATE: I performed a factory reset and no longer having this issue, I can tune the voices properly now as well :slight_smile:

EDIT: the actual cause was MIDI feedback. Disabling the Echon Input on the Ableton track sorted this out.
